Pol'and'Rock Festival 2026 Opens in Czaplink, Poland Amid Heat Wave
The Pol'and'Rock Festival 2026 began on July 30 at the former Broczyno airport near Czaplink in Poland’s West Pomeranian region, with founder Jurek Owsiak officially opening the event at noon and concerts on the Main Stage starting at 15:00.
Organisers warned of forecast temperatures of 33‑35 °C and installed four free drinking‑water points, marked on festival maps, urging attendees to use them for hydration only. The three‑day, free‑admission gathering expects hundreds of thousands of visitors and features international acts such as Godsmack, Slipknot‑related Vended, Dropkick Murphys, alongside Polish bands including Dżem and Myslovitz, complemented by workshops from the Academy of Beautiful Arts.
The festival also promotes regional culture through a Western Pomerania zone, and participants described the atmosphere as “extra climate” and a unique communal experience.
