Poland's Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Secures First Voluntary Land Offers for Eastern Hub

Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) received 62 statements of voluntary land surrender covering 101 plots and a total of 28.5 hectares within the area designated for the eastern communication hub of the new national airport. The voluntary acquisition programme, part of the broader Port Polska investment, grants landowners an additional 5 % of the compensation value.

The hub will be sited in the Mazowieckie voivodeship, spanning the municipalities of Baranów and Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The location decision, issued with immediate enforceability, enables CPK to obtain building permits for the hub and associated infrastructure but does not yet trigger expropriation; final acquisition will follow a subsequent valuation decision. The designated zone totals 212 hectares, of which CPK already controls about 85.2 hectares (nearly 40 %).
