Poland's Gołębiewski Mega‑Hotel Opens in Pobierowo with 1,200 Rooms

The Gołębiewski hotel complex in the Polish seaside resort of Pobierowo began welcoming guests in early June 2026. The five‑star property, described as the largest hotel on the Baltic Sea, comprises 13 floors, 1,240 rooms and suites and can accommodate up to 3,000 visitors across more than 180,000 m² of space.

Phase one opened on 10 June with 500 rooms completed; the full capacity of 1,240 rooms is expected later in the summer. Prices start at €350 per night for standard rooms and rise to €900 for suites. Within the first 24 hours of the booking system going live, more than 2,000 reservations were recorded. Amenities include a 104 m × 60 m water park, indoor pools, slides, a salt grotto, sauna, bowling alley, climbing walls, cinema, restaurants, bars and extensive conference facilities featuring a 15 × 5.5 m LED wall for large‑scale meetings.

Located just 60 km from the German border and a short drive from Usedom, the resort is expected to draw guests from Germany, the Czech Republic and other neighboring countries, intensifying competition for coastal hotels in Mecklenburg‑Vorpommern.
