Poland's Jaworzno and Nowy Targ Host Key Stages of Major Cycling Races

On July 4, the 5th stage of the 37th International Solidarity and Olympians Cycling Race will conclude on the market in Jaworzno after a roughly 170‑km route. The peloton is expected to enter the town after 14:00 and finish between 14:30 and 15:00. Earlier that day, children’s races will be held on the market, with five age categories (A‑E) using mountain bikes and mandatory helmets.

On June 13, the second stage of the 64th Małopolski Wyścig Górski will finish on Kościuszki Street in Nowy Targ, just before the town market, with riders arriving around 17:40. The 135‑km stage starts in Wadowice and features mountain‑top sprints at Przysłop and Krowiarka and two intermediate sprints. About 200 cyclists from 30 teams representing 17 countries will compete under a UCI licence, supported by the city and the Małopolska region.
