Poland's KOWR launches 300‑ha agricultural lease tender in Lower Silesia

The National Agricultural Support Centre (KOWR) announced an oral tender for the lease of two agricultural estates in the Sulików commune, Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The parcels together cover more than 300 ha – one of 248.79 ha and a second of 60.62 ha – and are offered for a three‑year term with a possible extension. Fifteen individual farmers who intend to enlarge family farms qualified to bid, and the tender is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 3 July. The proposed annual rent is set at 1 656.25 dt of wheat, divided between land (1 396.63 dt) and buildings (259.62 dt), with most deteriorated structures exempt from charges.

Separately, the Racibórz city council resolved the sale of a 0.3237‑ha plot on Mikołowska Street. The property was purchased by DENART Denis Krzykała for 423 120 zł and will host metal‑working, machining, welding and locksmith services. The transaction is part of a broader development of the Mikołowska complex, where several other parcels have already been allocated to industrial and commercial investors.
