Poland's Ministry of Culture funds summer workshops for children and adults
The Municipal Public Library in Morąg hosted a week‑long "Czytam, badam i odkrywam" program for children, combining reading, simple scientific experiments with natural pigments and eco‑friendly craft activities. The workshops, led by Małgorzata Kadylak of Atomic Kids, produced color passports, handmade bookmarks and recycled‑material jewelry, and were financed from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage’s Cultural Promotion Fund.
In Szczecin, the Dom Skandynawski venue organised a "Róża w filiżance / Róża na talerzu" workshop where participants blended rose‑infused teas and baked butter cookies with rose flavour. The event, part of the "Różany Ogród Sztuki – XVIII edycja" project, also received funding from the same ministry. Both programmes aimed to promote cultural education, creativity and community interaction through hands‑on activities.
