Poland's Orange and T‑Mobile report strong Q2 2026 subscriber and 5G growth
Orange Polska topped the latest number‑porting statistics for the second quarter of 2026, receiving 19,834 of the 361,107 mobile numbers transferred between operators, according to the Polish regulator UKE. The carrier now operates 12,713 base stations and its 5G network reaches 4,600 locations on the C‑band and 1,300 on 700 MHz, covering about 35.7 million people with its 5G Pro service.
T‑Mobile Poland ended the quarter with 13.3 million mobile customers, a rise of 340 000 year‑on‑year. Its contract segment grew to 7.6 million users while prepaid customers numbered 5.7 million. The operator’s 5G service now reaches 94 % of the Polish population. T‑Mobile also saw a 55 % increase in new fiber‑optic orders, expanded its Magenta TV offering, and reported total revenue of 1.9 billion zł with EBITDA of 584 million zł.
Both operators highlighted continued investment in network capacity, broadband services and convergent product bundles as drivers of the market’s growth.
