Poland's real estate and agricultural markets show price stabilization in 2026

The rapid price rise of recent years has slowed, wages continue to grow and buyers now have greater negotiating power, with developers offering bonuses such as storage spaces or parking spots.

At the same time, the Polish agricultural market reports that standard straw bales (120 × 120 cm) are commonly priced between 65 and 85 PLN, larger blocks about 120 PLN each, and straw sold by weight ranges from 150 to 320 PLN per tonne, depending on region, straw type and transport arrangements. These figures reflect seasonal supply conditions and regional price differences.

Both sectors indicate a shift from rapid price growth toward a more balanced market environment, giving consumers and producers more time to evaluate purchases and negotiate terms.
