Poland's Silesian and Opole regions host outdoor summer events for professionals and families

From 6–8 July 2026 the Silesia Convention Bureau organized a study tour for conference planners in the Silesian region, featuring forest lunches, wildlife talks, lake motorboat rides, rooftop dining and business networking at the Katowice International Congress Centre. Participants praised the blend of outdoor activities and local gastronomy.

On 10 July a public summer program was held in the Opole Landscape Parks’ Góry Opawskie area, where families enjoyed educational workshops, a meet‑and‑greet with a rescued bat named Iwonka, gold‑panning demonstrations and nature‑identification games on a forest clearing called Cicha Dolina.
