Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo faces backlash after influencer’s critical review

Polish food‑vlogger Szymon Nyczke, known as Książulo, rented a luxury apartment at the newly opened Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo for nearly 5 thousand złoty per night. In his video he documented numerous problems: the air‑conditioning failed and the room reached 32 °C, the tap supplied yellow water, room‑service charges exceeded 300 zł, the restaurant dishes were described as sub‑standard, and contacting the reception was difficult. The review went viral, sparking a wave of criticism online. The hotel refunded the full amount and issued a statement asserting that the negative comments “ Zderzamy się z negatywnymi opiniami ” originated from people who had never stayed there, while real guests reportedly remained satisfied. Management also emphasized that the property is still in its launch phase and that the incident, though damaging to its reputation, will be addressed as the hotel continues operations.
