Poland's Tax Authority Launches eLicytacje KAS Online Auction Portal

The National Tax Administration (KAS) has opened the eLicytacje KAS portal, an online platform that aggregates all tax‑authority auction announcements. The site lists seized movable and immovable assets – from jewelry, clothing and machinery to cars, apartments, houses, land parcels and industrial facilities – and allows users to participate in electronic auctions.

The first listings appeared on 1 July, with the inaugural electronic auction scheduled for 21 July and the first "buy‑now" purchases expected on 31 July. Participants must create an account, complete verification, and post a bid deposit, but the catalogue can be browsed without registration. Payments can be made electronically via bank transfers or BLIK. Standard auctions run for seven days and may be automatically extended up to 72 hours if demand remains high.
