Poland's top‑paid technical trades reach 26,000 zł a month
According to a Personnel Service analysis, experienced electricians, stonemasons, mechanics and carpenters can earn between 8,000 and 26,000 zł net per month, with electricians topping the list at up to 26,000 zł. Other trades such as roofers, joiners and bricklayers earn between 6,000 and 18,000 zł. Growing demand for skilled workers is outpacing supply, with notable shortages of electricians, welders, drivers and machine‑operator operators.
A Grafton Recruitment report on industrial wages shows the fastest salary growth in distribution centres (+5.1% year‑on‑year) and R&D (+4.3% year‑on‑year). Warehouse managers can earn up to 17,000 zł gross, logistics managers up to 21,500 zł, and R&D directors up to 57,000 zł. Construction and energy sectors also see strong pay increases, with contract directors earning 28‑33 k zł and senior engineers over 15 k zł.
