Poland's Zamek Świny Castle and Kurozwęki Palace Bison Restaurant Draw Tourists

Zamek Świny in Lower Silesia, one of Poland’s oldest privately owned medieval castles, is open to visitors every day from 10:00 to 18:00. The ruin, restored gradually, offers guided tours, a free parking area and ticket prices of 25 zł for adults, 20 zł for reduced fare and family tickets, with free entry for children under four.

Near the historic Kurozwęki Palace in the Świętokrzyskie region, a restaurant serves a range of bison‑meat dishes—including carpaccio, burgers, goulash and steaks—drawn from the estate’s large bison herd. The venue also provides brewery tastings, a palace tour, a bison safari and other attractions, making it a distinctive culinary stop for domestic tourists.
