Betrand Peto reported to police for alleged sexual violence

Singer Betrand Peto has been reported to the Polda Metro Jaya for alleged sexual violence involving a woman identified as ANW. The incident reportedly occurred on September 12, 2026, at a nightclub in the SCBD area of South Jakarta.

ANW and her legal counsel, Nathaniel Hutagaol, held a press conference claiming the singer used physical force and coercion. They presented medical evidence, including photos of bruises on the victim's face, neck, and wrists. A separate incident involving physical assault against another individual, DYP, was also noted, though legal counsel clarified that the assault was allegedly committed by a different associate of Peto, identified as WHA.

Betrand Peto and his legal team have firmly denied all allegations. His lawyer, Josep Irianto, stated that no sexual harassment or physical coercion took place and suggested the victim may have fallen during a separate altercation. Peto himself claimed he did not know the woman and found the accusations illogical.

Polda Metro Jaya is currently processing the investigation, which includes reviewing medical reports and scheduling statements from the reporter, witnesses, and the accused.
