Cultural events and local initiatives across Italy
Various cultural, artistic, and community events are taking place across Italy. In Sant’Anastasia, the “Incontri di Gusto” event celebrated local food and beverage traditions, featuring artisanal beers from Monaci Vesuviani and volcanic wines from Cantine Olivella.
Art exhibitions are widely distributed, including Vittorio Asteriti’s “Colore | Linea | Superficie” in Vitulano, Francesca Monti’s “Ad personam” in Ascoli Piceno, and a tribute to Luciano Crisostomi in Terni. In Abruzzo, the 53rd Premio Sulmona awarded artists Piotr Hanzelewicz, Marco Stefanucci, and Veronica Pratelli for their conceptual and figurative works.
Community and literary initiatives include the presentation of a 2027 calendar in Cassino featuring photography and poetry from mental health center users, and the launch of Mauro Neri’s book “Terre promesse” in Trento, which explores themes of emigration. Musical performances range from a piano recital by Paolo Restani in Fagagna to a sacred music concert titled “Lachrymæ Regiæ” in Belluno.
In the film sector, the Voghera Film Festival concluded its 14th edition, while the Cinemart festival in Rovereto continues with the screening of the Colombian film “Un poeta”. Additionally, the Migliore+Servetto studio in Milan is presenting urban archigraphy projects during the BIG – Biennale Internazionale Grafica.
