Polferries CEO Piotr Redmerski Dismissed by Board

The supervisory board of Polska Żegluga Bałtycka S.A. (Polferries) removed President Piotr Redmerski from his post, citing the need to continue the company's strategic development and ensure sustainable growth. Until a successor is appointed, board member Artur Witkowski will assume the duties of the CEO for up to three months.

The change comes as Polferries, together with Unity Line and EuroAfrica, operates within the joint venture POLSCA S.A., which consolidates 11 ferries under a single operational structure to strengthen Polish ferry operators on the Baltic Sea and improve their competitiveness against foreign carriers.
