Cesar Rincon detained after police seize ammunition in Santa Catarina

Influencer Cesar Rincon was detained following a search and seizure operation conducted by the Civil Police of Santa Catarina at his rural property in Araranguá. The operation was the result of a 60-day investigation into the suspected illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.

During the search, authorities seized 329 cartridges of permitted-use ammunition. While airsoft replicas were found on the premises, they were not seized as they were properly documented and registered. Rincon was charged in flagrante for the irregular possession of ammunition, as he does not hold a firearm registration.

Rincon, an agribusiness content creator with over 5.4 million Instagram followers, was released after paying a bail of R$ 10,000. He will remain free while responding to the legal process. Following the incident, Rincon posted on social media, stating that he respects the police's professionalism and is available to resolve the situation according to the law.
