Poliana Rocha discusses managing insincere relationships

Influencer Poliana Rocha, 49, shared her approach to dealing with inauthentic people during a social media interaction on Monday. Responding to follower questions, she stated that she uses maturity to recognize when a relationship lacks sincerity.

Rather than engaging in arguments or public confrontations, Rocha explained that she prefers to simply “adjust the distance” from those she perceives as false. She noted that if a relationship is genuine, she is also able to recognize that authenticity.

Her comments follow recent public interest regarding her family, specifically after she was the only member of singer Leonardo's family to attend the fourth birthday party of Maria Flor, the daughter of Zé Felipe and Virginia Fonseca. Leonardo was absent from the celebration due to a fishing trip in the Pantanal.
