Poliana Rocha shares personal reflections and family moments online

Digital influencer Poliana Rocha recently addressed her followers on social media regarding personal reflections and family moments. In one post, she shared a message suggesting that when others attempt to diminish a person, it is often because that individual's qualities make others feel small.

Rocha clarified that her regular series of nightly posts, known as ‘Diquinha da Noite’, is intended to reflect her own state of mind rather than serve as personal attacks against others, following recent misunderstandings by some followers.

Additionally, Rocha shared a video featuring her granddaughter, Maria Flor, the daughter of Virginia Fonseca and Zé Felipe. In the clip, the three-year-old uses Rocha's phone to praise her grandmother's outfit, describing the look as ‘perfeito’ (perfect).
