Police announce scheduled speed controls in Central Bosnia and Virovitica

Police authorities in Central Bosnia and the Virovitica region have announced upcoming scheduled speed monitoring operations.

In Central Bosnia, police stations including Travnik, Vitez, Fojnica, Bugojno, Donji Vakuf, Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje, Jajce, Busovača, Kiseljak, Kreševo, and Novi Travnik have released specific schedules for Saturday, September 19, 2026. These controls will target various locations, including major roads like the M-5 and M-16, as well as specific settlements and urban centers. Authorities noted that unannounced checks may also occur in high-speed areas.

In Croatia, the Virovitica Police Station has released a schedule for speed monitoring from September 21 to September 27, 2026. Using Star laser technology, officers will conduct checks across 14 locations, including Pepelane, Lukač, Borova, and various streets within Virovitica. Police urge drivers to adhere to speed limits and practice responsible road behavior.
