Police appeal for witnesses after theft and collision in Paulton

Police in North East Somerset have released images of two individuals following a theft and collision at a Coop shop in Paulton.

On Thursday, September 3, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., a woman allegedly walked out of the Hill Court location with unpaid food items. During the incident, a member of the public in her thirties attempted to intervene and was involved in a collision with a black Vauxhall Combo van used by an unknown male to flee the scene. The woman sustained minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.

Authorities are seeking information regarding two suspects: a white woman with long black hair wearing a green dress and grey fleece, and a white man with short, cropped hair wearing blue jeans and a grey hooded jumper. Witnesses are encouraged to contact the police or Crimestoppers.
