Police arrest individuals for harassment and unauthorized filming in Argentina and Spain

Two separate criminal incidents involving harassment and privacy violations have been reported.

In Jujuy, Argentina, a 34-year-old man was arrested in the Mariano Moreno neighborhood after violating a judicial restraining order. The man intercepted his former partner in a public area, where he shouted insults and harassed her. Upon police intervention, officials confirmed the existence of the active restraining order, and the suspect was transferred to the 30th Precinct for judicial proceedings.

In Mallorca, Spain, a 66-year-old man is under investigation for filming a 20-year-old woman without her consent on a train traveling from Inca to Palma. A fellow passenger alerted the victim to the behavior. After arriving at the Palma Intermodal Station, the victim sought assistance from security and local police. The suspect reportedly admitted to the acts during the intervention and surrendered his mobile phone, which contained images and videos of the victim.
