Police arrest man in Iracemápolis after high-speed chase from Limeira

A 21-year-old man was arrested following a 30-minute police pursuit that began in Limeira and ended in Iracemápolis, São Paulo. The incident occurred during the early hours of Saturday after Military Police officers observed two individuals on a motorcycle appearing to tamper with another vehicle near a gas station.

The suspects fled at high speeds, driving against traffic and ignoring police signals. The pursuit concluded when the driver discarded an object before the motorcycle lost balance and crashed. During the arrest, officers recovered a bag containing 43 portions of marijuana and cash.

A 15-year-old adolescent was riding as a passenger. The motorcycle was found to be without license plates and had part of its chassis number suppressed. Two mobile phones were also seized at the scene.
