Police arrest suspects in Senegal and Canada for sexual exploitation
Police in Senegal and Canada have arrested individuals involved in separate sexual exploitation and cybercrime investigations.
In Senegal, authorities in Mbao arrested a man accused of running a cyber-extortion network. The suspect allegedly used a fake profile to blackmail women, demanding sexual favors under the threat of releasing compromising footage. During a digital search, investigators discovered hundreds of obscene files and identified several victims, including one residing in France. The suspect is facing charges including digital identity theft and illicit data collection.
In Montreal, Canada, the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) arrested 27-year-old influencer Christophe Ndjomo, known online as Chris Negrowski. He is accused of pimping and attempting to obtain sexual services from minors by offering monthly payments under the guise of being a ‘sugar daddy’. Police are currently seeking other potential victims and have released the various social media handles used by the suspect to assist in the investigation.
