Sardinia: Three arrests made for domestic violence and stalking

Carabinieri in Sardinia have arrested three men in a 24-hour period for various offenses, including domestic violence, stalking, and violation of precautionary measures.

The arrests occurred across several locations in the province of Cagliari. In Decimomannu, an unemployed man was arrested after allegedly assaulting and threatening his elderly mother to obtain money. In San Bartolomeo, a man was apprehended in front of a kindergarten where he was violating a protection order and a ban on approaching his ex-partner's child.

A third arrest took place in Cagliari, where a man already under house arrest for similar crimes was caught harassing and assaulting a young woman. According to authorities, the victim had been subjected to persistent stalking, including insults and unwanted gestures, for approximately three years.
