Police Detain José Ángel S.C. with Crystal in Juárez Amid Homicide Probe
Municipal police in the Riveras district of Juárez arrested José Ángel S.C. after observing him place a fluorescent threatening placard on a sidewalk at the Tepachi‑Oteros intersection in the Águilas de Zaragoza colonia. During a preventive inspection officers found a transparent plastic wrapper containing approximately 29 grams of crystal, leading to his detention.
