Police detain two women for political graffiti in Niederzwehren

Police in Niederzwehren have detained two women, aged 19 and 21, suspected of spraying political slogans on advertising boards. The incident was discovered when officers on patrol observed one of the women photographing a glass advertisement panel.

The graffiti included slogans such as ‘Menschen + Tiere haben Rechte’, ‘Keine Macht den Nazis’, and ‘Antifa’. Officers also found fresh markings on a double poster board and a concrete wall nearby.

During the stop, police recovered ten additional spray cans in various colors from the women's belongings. The total damage is estimated to be several thousand euros. Both individuals are currently under investigation for property damage caused by graffiti.
