Police Director Ernesto Rodríguez García visits retired officer

Major General Ernesto Rodríguez García, Director General of the National Police, visited retired Lieutenant Colonel Santiago Victorino Marte during his recovery from surgery.

During the visit in Higüey, Rodríguez García emphasized that retired officers remain part of the police force and will receive institutional support. He praised Victorino Marte as a disciplined and committed officer, noting that they had served together between 2013 and 2015. Rodríguez García stated the visit was a tribute to loyalty and the legacy of those who served the institution.
