Silvia Kucherenko Criticizes Varying Coffee Prices in Bratislava

Influencer Silvia Kucherenko posted a video about price differences for a small cappuccino at a popular fast‑food chain in Bratislava. The most expensive cup, €3, was sold in the Aupark shopping centre, while nearby locations charged €2.90 and the lowest price of €2.80 was found on Mierova Street and in the Avion restaurant.

Kucherenko said she would not pay the €3 price on principle, attributing the disparity to higher rental costs at certain outlets. She criticised the practice as unfair and urged Slovak consumers to be more attentive to price variations. The post generated a heated debate on social media, with many followers arguing that a few cents do not justify changing cafés, while others echoed her concerns about broader price‑inflation issues in the country.
