Police identify man after viral indecent exposure video

Police have identified and questioned a 68-year-old man from Montferland following a viral video documenting an incident of indecent exposure. The man is suspected of public indecency.

The incident occurred in early August when a photographer from Doetinchem was walking in a wooded area. Realizing she was being followed, she began filming herself. The video captures a confrontation after the man approached her and exposed himself. A police spokesperson confirmed that a dossier is being prepared regarding the case.
