Police in Bielefeld seize hand grenades and drugs from arrested dealer

Police in Bielefeld secured an arrest warrant for a 29‑year‑old man suspected of drug trafficking. During a search of his apartment in Brackwede, investigators recovered sizable amounts of cannabis and cocaine, a firearm and two authentic hand grenades confirmed as war weapons by the North‑Rhine‑Westphalia Criminal Police Office. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and later presented before a judge, who ordered pre‑trial detention.
