In Santorini, a 34-year-old foreign national was arrested following four burglaries of residences and businesses between August 21 and August 29, 2026. The suspect, who was wanted for involvement in a criminal organization, allegedly stole over 28,500 euros. During his arrest, he reportedly resisted and attacked officers. Authorities seized 4,345 euros, a mobile phone, and a bank card belonging to another person.

In Ekali and Agia Paraskevi, a 32-year-old domestic worker was arrested for the systematic theft of jewelry valued at approximately 40,000 euros. She is accused of exploiting her employers' trust and using false identification to evade detection.

Additional arrests were reported in the Cyclades: in Paros, a 43-year-old was detained for providing massage services without proper training or health certification; in Mykonos, a 38-year-old was arrested for operating a shop with excessive noise levels; and in Naxos, a 49-year-old was arrested for driving under the influence, and a 43-year-old was caught with 21 grams of cocaine.
