Police in Hungary conduct multiple investigations into assaults, drug possession, and theft

Police in Békés County have responded to several incidents involving assault, drug possession, and drunk driving. In Békéscsaba, multiple physical altercations occurred during events, including a dispute that left one man seriously injured and another incident where a man was struck for drinking from a woman's beverage. Additionally, a man was investigated for kicking his girlfriend, causing her to hit her head.

In Békés, officers seized white powder and plant matter from two men suspected of drug use. Furthermore, authorities dealt with seven cases of drunk driving over a weekend, including one instance where a driver struck a railway barrier in Okány.

In Somogy County, investigators apprehended two men who stole an unlocked car from a parking lot in Kaposvár. The suspects, who had traveled from Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, reportedly entered the vehicle to warm up before driving away with personal belongings and documents. The vehicle was later recovered in the Dombóvár area.
