Police in Ontario conduct multiple investigations into indecent acts and break-ins
Police in Cobourg, Ontario, have reported several recent criminal incidents. A 56-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent act, possession of methamphetamine, and failure to comply with a probation order following an investigation into incidents near Elgin Street West and Frei Street.
Additionally, two women, Cassandra Kemble (34) and Kaitlyn Donadel (37), were charged with break and enter after police responded to a residence near King Street East and Henry Street where a side door had been kicked in. Thomas Palimisano (52) was also charged with break and enter following a business burglary on Division Street involving smashed glass and stolen property.
In a separate investigation, Guelph police have laid over 50 charges against 24-year-old Bryce Sukhdeo. The charges, which include voyeurism and criminal harassment, stem from incidents dating back to 2021. Investigators allege the suspect entered unfenced backyards to observe individuals through basement or ground-floor windows in areas populated by university students, with incidents reported in both Guelph and London.
