Police interventions in Taurianova and Cremona

In Taurianova, two officers from the Polistena Police Station rescued an unconscious man found inside a parked car. The individual had reportedly attempted suicide by ingesting drugs and other substances. Following an emergency alert, the officers performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including chest compressions, until medical personnel arrived. The man was subsequently transported to the Polistena Emergency Room for treatment.

In Cremona, Carabinieri officers intercepted a 38-year-old driver in the early hours of August 28 on Via Ghisleri. A breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol content exceeding 1.20 g/l, more than double the legal limit of 0.5 g/l. As a result, the driver's license was immediately revoked, and the individual was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
