Police in Tamil Nadu are searching for two suspects following the discovery of a woman's dismembered remains. The victim, identified as 38-year-old Hayathun Nisha from Odisha, was initially discovered on August 5 when a red suitcase containing decomposed body parts was found in a general compartment of the Tamil Nadu Express at Agra Cantonment railway station.

Investigators traced the case to a rented house on Mosque Street in Guduvanchery, where Nisha had been living. During a search of the residence, police recovered additional body parts. Authorities have identified the suspects as Manik Uddin Laskar of Assam and Bhagabati Majhi of Odisha, both of whom are currently at large.

Nisha had reportedly been in a relationship with Laskar. While some media reports suggested the suspects attempted to cook the remains, police have officially denied these claims. A murder case has been registered, and special teams have been formed to apprehend the suspects.
