Police investigate separate burglaries in Nordhausen and Moorrege

Police in Germany are investigating two separate incidents of theft and burglary.

In Nordhausen, unidentified perpetrators broke into a basement of an apartment building on the Hagen between Monday evening and Tuesday morning. An e-bike with a value in the four-digit range was stolen during the incident.

In Moorrege, burglars forcibly entered a semi-detached house on Klevendeicher Chaussee on August 17. After gaining access through the main entrance, the suspects searched the premises and stole high-quality jewelry and silver cutlery. The total value of the stolen items and property damage is estimated to be in the lower to mid-five-figure range. The Pinneberg Criminal Investigation Department is currently seeking witnesses.
