Police investigate two separate homicide cases in Brazil

In Ceilândia, Distrito Federal, musicians Alan Tons and Larissa Rodrigues, members of the band 4tons, were found shot to death in their home on Sunday, October 11. Authorities have identified their neighbor, João Victor Rodrigues Alves de Oliveira, as the primary suspect. Investigators believe the motive was revenge, as the couple had frequently intervened in and reported the suspect's domestic violence against his partner.

In a separate case in Várzea Grande, 25-year-old teacher Breno Antonio Humberto de Moraes was found dead on October 8 after disappearing on September 26. Elias Samuel Delgado da Silva, 26, has confessed to participating in the homicide. The current leading investigation suggests the motive may have been blackmail, with suspicions that the victim was threatening to expose information to the suspect's wife. Forensic analysis confirmed the cause of death was hemorrhagic shock due to puncture wounds.
