Linh, born in 1999, was a valedictorian in the Social Security Protection Reconnaissance major at the People's Security Academy. He launched the page to support students in remote and mountainous areas who lack access to formal exam preparation centers. Over the past two years, the page has grown to over 250,000 followers and attracts nearly 3 million visits per month.
