Police monitor Gremium MC anniversary in Ihlienworth

Police forces from Cuxhaven and the Lower Saxony Police Directorate conducted extensive operations in Ihlienworth to monitor the 25th-anniversary celebration of the motorcycle club Gremium MC. Hundreds of members and guests from the rocker scene attended the event at the club's clubhouse.

Law enforcement focused on preventing the public display of prohibited club insignia and symbols. Officers implemented strict controls on arriving participants, specifically enforcing the ban on wearing certain vests, known as ‘Kutten,’ that feature unauthorized names, badges, or emblems. Individuals found wearing prohibited items were required to remove them before being allowed to proceed to the venue.

Despite the heavy police presence and numerous vehicle and person checks, no violent confrontations involving participants or others were reported during the event, which lasted until late evening.
