Police probe shooting in Lobería, Argentina, no injuries reported

A violent incident occurred in the centre of Lobería, Buenos Aires Province, when shots were fired from a moving Renault Kangoo onto Mitre Avenue 380, in front of an electrical‑materials store. The gunfire struck the sidewalk where shoppers and several parked cars were present, breaking the driver‑side glass of a Toyota Hilux and the roof glass of a Peugeot 207. No people were injured, although one vehicle carried a man accompanied by a child.

Police later intercepted the Kangoo at the intersection of Suárez García and Constitución. Inside were two men and a woman, all identified as residents of Lobería; their identities were not released. Authorities are investigating whether the shots originated from the vehicle, as other traffic was also present at the time. The investigation remains ongoing.
