A 39-year-old Croatian national residing in Austria led police on a high-speed pursuit through the Inntal Autobahn (A93 and A12) following failed attempts by German police to stop his vehicle near Rosenheim.

The driver attempted to evade authorities by driving in the wrong direction on the A12 near Kirchbichl, an action intercepted by police. The pursuit concluded in Kufstein when the driver left the highway and became stuck in a field.

After fleeing the vehicle on foot, the man fell from a garage roof, sustaining injuries to his head and upper body. He was transported to Kufstein hospital. The individual faces criminal charges through the Innsbruck public prosecutor's office and traffic violations via the Kufstein district authority. The motive for the evasion remains under investigation.
