Police search for missing 11-year-old in Popești-Leordeni

Police in Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov county, have launched a search for 11-year-old Patrick Brutaru, who disappeared on August 25, 2026. Authorities issued an RO-Alert to assist in locating the minor.

Brutaru reportedly left his home around 3:00 PM and has not returned. He is described as being approximately 1.55 meters tall, weighing 50 kg, with dark hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black t-shirt and blue shorts featuring the number 10.
