Police seek suspect in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield killing

Quebec provincial police are searching for 19-year-old Ayoub Mohamed in connection with the fatal shooting of Jordan Gagné in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. The incident occurred on September 4 at a business on Alexandre Street.

Gagné was shot at the OTF Barbershop and attempted to flee to a neighboring restaurant, where another shot was fired in his direction. He later died from his injuries at a hospital. An 18-year-old, Félix Lepage, has already been arrested and charged as an accessory after the fact.

Mohamed, a Montreal resident, is described as approximately 1.78 meters tall, weighing 64 kilograms, with brown eyes and a thin moustache. Police noted he has shaved his head and may be wearing a blue headband to conceal his face. Authorities believe he may be traveling on foot in areas including Terrebonne, Laval, or Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
