Police seize crystal meth in Apolda and Rödigsdorf
Police in Apolda and Rödigsdorf conducted several drug-related seizures over a single weekend.
On Friday evening, officers in Apolda intercepted a 33-year-old man during a check on Katharinenweg, discovering approximately 3.5 grams of methamphetamine in his pocket. On Saturday morning, a traffic stop in Glockengießereistraße led to the seizure of a small amount of crystal meth from a 46-year-old man.
In the early hours of Sunday, police in Rödigsdorf discovered a small quantity of crystal meth hidden inside a lighter carried by a 49-year-old man. In all three instances, authorities seized the substances and initiated investigations for violations of the Narcotics Act.
