Brazilian influencers face asset seizures and auctions in separate legal cases

The Brazilian Labor Court (TRT-PB) has scheduled an auction for August 31 in João Pessoa for five luxury vehicles seized from influencer Hytalo Santos and his husband, Israel Vicente. The assets, valued at approximately R$ 4.8 million, include a McLaren Artura Spider, a Tesla Cybertruck AWD, a Bombardier UTV, and two jet skis. The auction aims to secure funds for collective moral damages and victim assistance following the duo's conviction for the sexual exploitation of adolescents.

In a separate legal matter, police in São Paulo seized a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, valued at roughly R$ 500,000, belonging to lawyer and influencer Deolane Bezerra. The vehicle was being driven by her son when it was intercepted in the Tatuapé district. The seizure is part of ‘Operação Vérnix’, an investigation into allegations that Bezerra was involved in laundering money for the criminal organization Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). While the vehicle was confiscated, no illegal items were found with her son during the stop. Bezerra’s defense maintains her innocence and asserts that her income is legitimate.
