Police Simulator new installment announced for 2027 release

Publisher astragon Entertainment and developer GRIP Studios have announced a new installment in the Police Simulator franchise. Developed using Unreal Engine 5, the game is scheduled for release in 2027 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Set in the fictional US East Coast metropolis of Faremont City, the game features three diverse districts and multiple neighborhoods. Players will take on the role of police officers, managing over 50 different missions and callouts, ranging from routine parking violations to more serious crimes like robberies and drug offenses.

Key new features include the introduction of K-9 companion gameplay and a realistic escalation protocol for the use of firearms and stun guns. The title also promises enhanced driving physics, improved visuals, and more sophisticated AI traffic for a realistic simulation experience.
