Policlinico di Foggia receives donated videolaryngoscope for neonatal care

The Policlinico di Foggia has received a donated videolaryngoscope to support its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Nido-STEN department. The donation was provided by the FASNE Association and FPT Industrial of Foggia.

The new equipment is intended to assist medical staff, led by Dr. Gianfranco Maffei and Dr. Matteo Rinaldi, in managing respiratory emergencies and intubation procedures. The device provides more precise visualization of airways, which is particularly critical for premature infants and other small patients in critical condition. This initiative highlights the collaboration between the healthcare sector, local associations, and industrial entities to improve the quality and safety of neonatal care.
