Polignano a Mare hosts 2026 music festival

The 2026 edition of ‘Polignano a Mare Città della Musica’ is scheduled to take place from September 4 to 7. Promoted by the Polignano a Mare municipal administration in collaboration with Puglia Region and Puglia Culture, the event is themed ‘Between Domenico Modugno and the singer-songwriter song’.

The four-day program includes concerts, cinema, and educational sessions. Featured performers include the Sanremo Symphony Orchestra, Syria, and Peppe Voltarelli. The lineup also highlights contemporary singer-songwriters such as Daniele Silvestri, Frankie hi-nrg mc, Anna Castiglia, and Marco Castello, alongside five Puglian artists from the ‘Meravigliose’ project.

All events are free to the public. The festival aims to integrate entertainment, training, and local territory valorization, using the legacy of Domenico Modugno as a foundation to explore modern Italian musical languages.
