Polignano a Mare hosts traditional games and music festivals

Polignano a Mare is hosting a series of community and cultural events. The municipality recently held ‘Si gioca – Giochi di una volta’ in Piazza Trinità, an initiative featuring 40 traditional game stations designed to encourage intergenerational social interaction and provide a break from digital technology.

Simultaneously, the city has launched a four-day musical festival titled ‘Tra Domenico Modugno e la canzone d’autore.’ Organized in collaboration with the Puglia Region, the event celebrates the legacy of Domenico Modugno. The program includes performances by the Sanremo Symphony Orchestra accompanied by artists such as Syria and Peppe Voltarelli. The festival lineup continues with various musical showcases and a cinematic tribute to Modugno.
